1. Create a new document with 4 artboards. 8×8
2. Working within the first two squares, arrange three of four geometric or organic elements elements (geometic= circles, squares, rectangles, triangles. Organics are simple sihloettes) in a symmetrical way. Start with variations in which all the elements are the same size, then create symmetrical designs with elements of different size. Experiment with scale and cropping.
2. Workin in the Second two squares. Create asymmetrical designs using forms of different sizes. Experiment until you find visual balance in each composition. For example, use several small elements to offset one larger one.
3. Adjust you design to make as many variations are possible. Introduce contrasts of color or value. Submit
