Botanical Bodies

For this project you will create a photo manipulation based off the work of French Artist Cal Redback.  His collection of ‘treebeards’ merges the union of the human face and plant life, with half or parts of the features removed and replaced by the wild growth of greenery.

First watch this tutorial for the basic steps needed to create this effect.

Next you will do a google search to find an image of a person and an image of a plant that you will be able to blend together.

Now just uses the techniques demoed in the video to create you own botanical bodies.  This will be the last project of the year and will be due next Wednesday, June 8th.
